Its true that a few years ago energy saving lightbulbs were a little ugly, but not any longer. That is a thing of the past. Now there is a huge choice. Energy saving lightbulbs use less energy, save you money and have a better effect on the environment. In a test more than half of the people could not tell the difference between an energy saving bulb and a traditional one.

A single energy saving bulb could save you up to £7 per year and because it lasts up to 10 times longer, it could save you approx. £60 over its lifetime.
